About the Role:

We are seeking a Services Analyst II to join our Global Delivery Excellence (DelEx) Team, which supports a 2000+ person professional services, customer support, and account management organization at Akamai.

This role is focused on building data-driven solutions, dashboards, and reports that improve operational efficiency, enhance compliance, and identify risks across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders at multiple levels, translating complex business needs into actionable data insights and scalable reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data for patterns, risks, and trends, and share recommendations with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into complex, cross-functional reporting and data projects.
• Design customized, user-friendly dashboards and reports aligned with business use cases.
• Own the full reporting/dashboard implementation process, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder adoption.
• Develop and deploy code in packaged or open-source tools to fetch, clean, process, and present data prototypes.
• Manage tickets and inquiries related to dashboard access, enhancements, fixes, ad-hoc requests, and new builds.

Key Technical Skills:

Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence Reporting, SQL, Data Cleaning & Processing, Analytics, Dashboard Development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence and analytics.
• Proven experience with Tableau development and data visualization.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one BI platform such as Tableau, Qlik, or OBIEE.
• Strong backend data analysis skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, manage cross-team collaboration, and drive results independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
